Cancellation/returned goods and exchanged
Please note that due to the characteristics of our products, we are unable to accept returns for customer reasons once an order has been confirmed.
Please note that the order is confirmed when the order procedure is completed.
[Acceptance of exchanges]
If the following conditions are met, we will exchange the product.
・If the product has a defect such as staining or damage
・If the product you receive is different from the product you ordered
【method of exchange】
1) Please contact email@example.com within 7 days (including the arrival date) from the arrival date of the product.
In the e-mail, please write "Product Exchange Request" in the subject line and include your order number and name in the body of the e-mail.
2) We will review the contents and contact you by the next business day to let you know how to respond.
If we are unable to provide a replacement item, we will respond with a refund.
Please note that we will not be able to accept the following items if any of the following criteria are met upon confirmation of the arrived items.
・Items that are deemed "used" according to our company's standards.
・Products with damaged, soiled, or lost delivery slips, tags, labels, bags, boxes, or other accessories.
・Merchandise that has been stained, soiled, or scratched, or that has smells attached to it by the customer
