【豆知識】そもそも実印、銀行印、認印って聞くけどその違いは何?

[Trivia] What is the difference between a registered seal, a bank seal, and a private seal?

The names of registered seals, bank seals, and private seal differ depending on how they are used.

There may be restrictions on the size of the imprint of registered seals and bank seals, but as long as they are within that range, there is no problem with how they can be used.

A registered seal is a seal that has been registered with the local municipal office for individuals and with the Legal Affairs Bureau for corporations. A bank seal is a seal registered with a financial institution for bank transactions for both individuals and corporations. A certified seal is a generic term that includes all other seals.
