These two words are often used interchangeably in various situations. Many people would like to know how much legal power they have.
Article 32 of the Commercial Code stipulates, "If a signature is required, affixing the name and seal may be substituted for the signature."
A handwritten signature can be used as legal evidence because it can be determined who wrote it by handwriting analysis, but it is said that there is no legal evidence for a signature other than handwriting.
According to Article 32, if a seal is affixed to this name that does not serve as legal evidence, it will be admissible as evidence.
